We are an interior design studio with a growing reputation for crafted, tactile, atmospheric spaces and structures.

Hector Interiors is the interiors arm of Liddicoat & Goldhill architects which was founded in 2010, by husband and wife David Liddicoat and Sophie Goldhill. The practice has developed a specialism for new build homes & hotels. Many projects include sensitive restorations and additional to historic structures. Current projects include local, national and international builds. The studio employs a collaborative ‘agile’ design management system to foster creative thinking. We make bespoke environments, whether building bijou or monumental, and find inventive fabric solutions for imaginative visions.

Liddicoat & Goldhill were awarded an RIBA award and Manser Medal nomination for the hand-crafted Shadow House. A Manser Medal commendation, RIBA London Award and RIBA House of the Year shortlisting came for the self-initiated Makers House – followed by a prestigious Stephen Lawrence Award shortlisting and a third RIBA award for the kinetic Ancient Party Barn. Named as one of Wallpaper* Magazine’s ‘Future 30’, the practice has twice been shortlisted for Building Design Architect of the Year (Housing), and Young Architect of the Year 2019 and featured in the Architecture Foundation's New Architects 3: ‘A decade of New British Talent’
